OEM Jandy High Limit Temperature Sensor Kit R0592300 is a critical safety device for Jandy JXI pool and spa heaters, engineered to detect and respond to excessive water temperatures. This dual-sensor kit includes one sensor at the heat exchanger's first pass, set to activate at 135°F (57°C), and another at the outlet, set to trigger at 150°F (65°C). If either sensor detects temperatures above safe limits, the gas valve shuts off and combustion halts to prevent overheating. Built to OEM standards, this kit protects your heater and ensures safe, long-term operation.
Note: To identify the correct part, you will need to know the model number, serial number and type of gas when applicable. This information can be found on the rating plate sticker, which is located inside the heater on the outside of the combustion chamber.
