R0526900 Zodiac Quick Connector for Baracuda MX6, MX8 Suction Side Pool Cleaner

Before installing the cleaner head, test and adjust for proper flow. Keeping the hose submerged, attach the quick
connector to the end of the hose. Click the Flow Gauge onto the connector and turn on the pump.

Verify that the red indicator in the gauge (viewed from the side) is on the Number 3 setting.

If necessary, use the valves in the pool equipment area to adjust the flow so that the red indicator is at the Number
3 setting.

Turn off the pump. Keeping the hose underwater, remove the Flow Gauge by squeezing the pressure points on
either side of the quick connector.

    When bubbles stop coming out of the cleaner, connect the hose to the cleaner by pushing the quick connector onto the outer extension pipe until it locks into position with a clicking sound.
