General Questions

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Amazon Pay will be accepted in the near future as well. 

Shipping

  • When will I receive my order?

    Most orders will be processed within 24 hours if the ordered products are in stock. Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered business days.

    Please inspect all items for any damages when you receive them from the carrier. Shipping cost is only estimated for the continental USA.

    Actual shipping costs vary and will be notified by email. Alaska, Hawaii, and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges. Unfortunately, we currently cannot support international shipments.

  • How can I track my order?

    We provided a special section where you can track your order. You'll need the order number that was provided to you when you placed your order.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Scroll to the bottom of our website until you reach the section that says, "Want to track your order?"
    2. Paste the Order Number
    3. Click the Track Order button

    You'll now see where your order is and the estimated time for delivery. You can always feel free to reach out to us as well, either through our contact form or by sending us a message through our live chat! 

Refunds and Returns

  • What is your return policy?

    You may return new, not used items sold within 30 days of delivery date. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. There is absolutely no return or exchange on electrical parts, inflatables, toys, NO EXCEPTION!

    No returns or exchange on Special Orders, Heaters, above aground pool kits, liners. all sales are final on these items, unless there is wrong shipment.

    Customer must obtain an RMA number prior to mailing out their return. Please reach out to support@poolmarts.com to obtain an RMA, Please note there may be a restocking fee, depending on the item and/or the condition.

    Please return the products in the packaging received. Include in the package the original invoice and any additional instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Thanks to our loyal customers we soon expanded to six mores stores around Los Angeles, bringing the total number of stores to seven. Headquartered in Chatsworth, California, over the years, we have been focusing on further improving our service to customers in-stores and via our online website.
