Description
DIRECTIONS:
Kill off existing algae before starting with Spa Phos Phosphate Remover treatment.
1. Balance pH between 7.4 - 7.6.
2. Clean or backwash filter if needed.
3. Adjust the spa sanitizer. Bromine levels of 8 ppm or less. Chlorine levels of 5 ppm or less. For safe reentry into chlorine spas, 4 ppm is recommended.
4. Follow dosage of Spa Phos on the chart below.
5. Make sure to shake bottle well and add to the skimmer with filter running.
6. Run filter continuously for 48 hours without backwashing or cleaning filter. After 48 hours, backwash and clean filter..
FOR WEEKLY MAINTENANCE
To maintain spas with 500 ppb or less, add 1 teaspoon of Spa Phos per 300 gallons.
HANDLING & STORAGE
Spa Phos is inherently stable with an indefinite shelf life under normal temperatures less than 120 F (48.9 C).
Prevent freezing to avoid container damage and loss of product. Spa Phos Phosphate Remover is non-toxic and non-hazardous. Gloves and appropriate eye protection should be worn when handling the product.Spa Dosing Chart|
