Its purpose is to capture leaves, pollen, insects, and particles before they sink — complementing a floor-cleaning robot rather than replacing one.
This depends on the debris level in your pool. In typical conditions the 7L basket may need emptying every 1–3 days. In heavier debris periods — such as autumn leaf fall or after storms — daily emptying may be needed. The basket removes quickly and rinses in seconds.
