H000042 | Raypak Heat Pump Bypass Assembly

The Raypak H000042 Bypass Assembly Kit is a genuine OEM replacement designed for use with Raypak heat pump models R5350, R6350, and R8350, as well as Perfectemp models P5350, P6350, and P8350. This bypass assembly helps regulate water flow through the heat pump’s coils by diverting excess flow during cold or low load conditions. Proper use of this kit improves heater efficiency, reduces stress on compressors, and helps protect components during startup or partial load operation. Built to factory standards, the assembly ensures optimal performance, reliability, and longevity for your heat pump.

• OEM-Grade Bypass for Specific Heat Pump Models: Precisely engineered for Raypak R5350 / R6350 / R8350 and Perfectemp P5350 / P6350 / P8350 units—ensuring fit and function match Raypak’s original system design.

• Flow Regulation to Improve Efficiency: Diverts excess water flow during lower load or startup phases, so the heat pump maintains effective heat transfer without overworking internal components.

• Protects Compressors & Extends Component Life: By reducing unnecessary water volume through the coil, this bypass reduces compressor workload and minimizes wear from low-flow or cold-start conditions.

• Enhances Operational Consistency: Prevents issues such as coil icing or overcooling by ensuring more stable water temperature and pressure throughout the system.

• Facilitates Warranty Compliance & Proper Service: Using the genuine bypass assembly helps maintain factory compliance, supports safe operation, and simplifies servicing with OEM-matched design.
