Zero-twist cotton uses fibres that are spun without twisting, resulting in longer, straighter loops that create more surface area to absorb water. Compared to twisted cotton, the loops are softer to the touch and pull moisture away from skin more effectively. The FT45's 763 GSM weight also means there's simply more cotton per square inch doing the work.
Like all natural cotton towels, minimal shrinkage may occur after the first wash. To minimise this, tumble dry on low heat rather than high. After the first wash, the towel will maintain its oversized 36" × 72" dimensions through normal care and use.
