Installation overview.

Five key steps to get the CCW25 up and running in your portable spa or hot tub system.

SECURE MOUNTING
Mount the CCW25 unit
Mount the CCW25 using the integrated mounting tab with at least two screws to ensure proper support and stability in the equipment compartment.

AIR LINE CONNECTION
Connect long air tubing with check valves
Connect the long air tubing with air check valves to the right L-barbed connector on the CCW25 unit.

CHECK VALVE DIRECTION
Verify check valve orientation
Ensure the arrows on both check valves point away from the CCW25 toward the venturi to maintain correct airflow direction.

HARTFORD LOOP SETUP
Create a loop above the waterline
Form a Hartford Loop with the long air tubing above the water line to prevent backflow into the CCW25 system.

VENTURI CONNECTION
Connect to the spa's venturi system
Connect the long air tubing to the spa's existing venturi system to complete the installation and enable proper AOP operation.
