The Raypak 019049F Complete Inlet/Outlet Header Kit is a genuine OEM replacement designed for Avia 264A and 404A pool & spa heaters. This full header assembly replaces the existing inlet and outlet headers to restore proper water flow and sealing between the plumbing connections and the heater’s firebox. When worn, cracked, or corroded headers can lead to leaks, faulty sensor readings, or inefficient combustion—this kit helps maintain operational safety, thermal performance, and warranty compliance.
-
Full OEM Header Replacement: Includes both inlet and outlet header flanges designed specifically for Raypak Avia 264A & 404A models to ensure precise fit, factory sealing, and direct drop-in installation.
-
Restores Proper Combustion Flow: Ensures correct sealing and water routing across the heater’s heat exchanger, helping sensors read accurately and promoting efficient burner performance.
-
Built-for Durability Under Heat & Corrosion: Constructed with heat-rated and corrosion-resistant materials to withstand repeated thermal cycling and exposure to water chemistry, preventing premature failure.
-
Maintains Safety Features & Sensor Integration: Header kit is integral to securing the inlet/outlet sensors and high limit switches properly, preserving the heater’s safety interlocks and regulatory compliance.
-
Critical for Warranty & Heater Reliability: Replacing damaged headers with this OEM kit helps ensure you’re keeping your heater in specification, which is often required to maintain warranty coverage and long-term reliability.
