The Raypak Avia HD 404 Low NOx Pool and Spa Heater (Model 018045) is a high-performance natural gas unit engineered for efficient heating in both residential and commercial pool systems. With a 399,000 BTU/h input and 84% thermal efficiency, it delivers consistent and rapid water heating. Its advanced NiTek heat exchanger technology offers 300% greater erosion resistance than copper and 200% more than cupronickel, ensuring long-term durability. Designed for flexible installation, the unit is compatible with both indoor and outdoor setups and Category I & III venting. Wi-Fi integration via Raymote™ allows remote control and monitoring, while its 135 lb frame supports flows up to 125 GPM on standard 120/240VAC power.
